After reading @fplee sanctum sanctuaries idea, I decided to open this topic to analyse the possibility for a Europe community gathering.
I think after finding the appropriate time that will fit more, we must take into account another things:
1.Flight prices (day to be choosen mustn’t be close to holidays for example Christmas etc)
2.Accomodation prices (same as flights)
3.Also we must choose a safe country/city
4.Central location is better but if we couldn’t find the above we can choose a city not in the Europe’s center. Usually the flihts in Europe last around 2-3 hours.
You can comment your proposals and your intension to participate in that kind of event or not.
I start with my suggestion,
We can meet in the beautiful city of Thessaloniki, there are plenty of excellent restaurants with famous Greek cousine and bars that can host our gathering, additionally we can find cheap flights and accomodation for this safe city.
Looks away from your country? It’s only about 3 hours flight from London, Paris, Berlin etc.
We will also have the opportunity to visit the mount of Gods (Olympus) and if we are lucky enough (after April) the amazing beaches of Chalkidiki.

Great initiative but it may be easier to try and kickstart a group in Greece, for locals, rather than trying to get people to fly in. This is what I’m trying to achieve in Cyprus.
