The main goal of this offer is to increase the TVL of the project and increase the attractiveness of the CLOUD token.

  1. Creation of an INF storage to increase the TVL of the project and determine the share of CLOUD staking. The storage is a pool of INF of a limited size (100k INF is used for calculations). Any participant in the storage gets the opportunity to stake CLOUD, proportional to their share.
    At current prices:
    INF = 186 usd
    CLOUD = 0.17 usd
    each participant who contributed 1 INF to the storage gets the opportunity to contribute 186/0.17 = 1094 CLOUD tokens to staking.

  2. Staking is designed to increase the attractiveness and stability of the CLOUD token, further ensuring the growth of its market price. Staking rewards can be taken from the Community Reserve (30%), intended for these purposes.

Let’s consider two options for staking rewards:

2.1. Static - a reward of 30% on all contributed CLOUD, which will amount to 33kk tokens per year, when the storage is fully filled with 100k INF.

2.2. Dynamic - a fixed daily reward for the total number of CLOUD tokens in staking. With the same reward volumes, the daily reward amount is 33kk/365 = 90.4k for the number of CLOUD in staking.
With a small volume of tokens in staking, this will significantly increase profitability, stimulating the filling of the INF storage and an increase in the volume of CLOUD in staking.

2.3. When withdrawing INF from the storage, CLOUD is automatically returned to the wallet, including the rewards received for staking. In the case of a partial withdrawal of INF, CLOUD is returned to the wallet proportionally, and the current reward is returned in full.

Any reason why we can’t have a system where we stake CLOUD directly?

yes, that’s right, staking CLOUD is a reward for depositing INF into the Storage (pool).

why only INF? and it seems to gate participation out based on capital. i’m not really sure many aspects of this are PPP or in the interest of raining adoption onto people. its like a penalty for cloudies.

Isn’t the Kamino LP just this though?
Like you deposit INF & CLOUD and there’s farm rewards on top (sometimes).

Why couldn’t you just keep on leveraging Kamino here? And seeing they have over 10X the TVL and audience it makes sense to grow the adoption of INF and CLOUD in general whilst also providing a practical service: Liquidity.
