More I think about use cases, the more I lean towards killer use cases or something beneficial to Solana ecosystem and/or the world we live in.
Thus, my proposal is: charitySOL.
A simple LST that allows stakers to help the Solana ecosystem by staking to create blocks, but then using the yield proceeds from the LST as donation to charities selected by semi-annual poll/voting process of stakers of charitySOL.
Every 6 months, new charity organizations will be selected by either simple/general poll or the core/earnest members to narrow the list down to top 3 charitable organizations. Then a final voting to decide the winning charitable organizations by charitySOL stakers for 6 months of yield.
Benefits: Doing good in the world, plus charities could be informed about the voting and these charity organizations can then market or come to our townhall to talk about their charity and seek votes which helps Solana brand at the same time.
Lastly, we could connect with Solana Foundation and get them to match the staked LSTs since they do have a 2 year matching program, I believe.
