Love the AER acronym. I think it should definitely be used over ASR.

Cool proposal, the name is different on the voting poll. I actually prefer AER anyway as although I didnt get an earnest allocation i like the idea. Got my vote

A little bit late, but this idea is really good, like JUP and the ASR. Giving the ‘power’ to choose to the cloud holders/community is essential!
However, the ASR system isn’t perfect. Many people really don’t care about the vote; they just vote for the rewards, never read the proposals, etc. I’m pretty sure if you started a vote with ‘Should we burn all staked $JUP,’ the ‘Yes’ would win (for exemple) 
So the idea to reward proposalers and proposals winners is a really good idea. It in the line with the earnestness !
