Looks like JD put a lot of consideration into the format and the podcast’s potential.
May I suggest a few things:

  1. Limit it to no more than 1 hour including last 15 minutes for Q&As.
  2. Target once a month for now until the team is executing well then can move up to bi monthly or weekly, if it makes sense.
  3. Make it fun, maybe throw in $CLOUD raffle or lottery.

I like this as long as it’s recorded and posted as a proper podcast (Apple, Spotify, YouTube) then I think this is a great initiative.
