Onboard newbies to lst proposal

Looks great. Text with frames can be a starting point to spread the message on the importance of LSTs. Subsequently, a short video demonstrating wallet download and transaction of sending SOL to wallet and buying LST on JUP should work imo

try toning down the background, it might help the lettering stand out, i do like the socials paint brush holder thingy

as an aside, i have noticed with all the tweets in the last week or so, there is begining to become a uniform look to the imagey used, might be worth a look at those, see if something suits your eye whilst giving that uniform look

Gm and thanks for sharing your thoughts, @Bengshark!

I believe you’ve overlooked a key stakeholder in your list: a project manager to organize everything and be accountable for the overall delivery and budget. (By the way, I’d be happy to take on that role if needed!)

Regarding the substance, I think it would be wise to dive even deeper into education by leveraging recent CEX partnerships. For example, we could add some documentation encouraging CEX users to at least hold their CEX’s LST instead of “raw SOL” with bad APY. This could serve as the first step in the “normie journey to Web3.”

  1. Even if you’re not confident in your ability to handle self-custody and prefer to trust CEX (I know many people in that situation), at least do yourself a favor and hold your CEX’s LST instead of “raw” SOL.
  2. Want to take a deeper step into Web3? → Self-custody.
  3. Ready to go even further? → DeFi, etc.

These materials could also be co-written and co-marketed with other major ecosystem players like CEX, hot wallet providers, cold wallet providers, DEXs, DeFi platforms, and others.

this is the sort of uniform look i was talking about, its (for me) becoming instantly recognisable as sanctum, clean, simple and same font now

I wonder if the team can tell us the font used, i do like it

Included the xSOL as that was the one you did, maybe if someone was to reach out, they might be able to tell us what they would like included, i sort of envisiged these a sort of one stop card, unless they user wants to deep dive further, think if we’re clever about it we can (or rather your good self ) pack a punch with the ammount of info put on them.

Has sanctum always gone with a lowercase banner? Just curious. Must have been that way from the beginning of so.

These really do look great though. I like that the cloud is equally reversible for a blue or white background! Really, any color for that matter.

 I said goodbye to Coinbase a year ago, and this was one of the biggest reasons, as well as the ridiculous fees.

This is an awesome idea. So many projects say they want to “onboard the next ___ users”. But who is making actual efforts outside of, or in tandem with, the actual project IP.

We can be the first to have a project dedicated to the actual onboarding. Let’s do it!

newbies shouldnt be too hard to recruit in my opinion.

Ive met so many people who have converted their whole sol portfolio to JUPSOL for e.g.

you earn yeild, its more liquid than normal staking and it tracks price of sol + fees!

What’s a good starting point to learn about LST’s from my understanding they are all somewhat similar in a way.

I guess what im asking is, how do I pick the best one? should it just be yield driven?

I hold Jup sol , bonk sol, INF ect but dunno what else.

saw this post Sanctum tokenomics proposal - #48 by lochie2001

And for times just like this, where Sanctum is building and the market is bloody red, yielding is the key to pass through that period of time without too many scratches ! So it’s a win-win strategy, everyone is happy ! LST is a must :cloud:

A good idea as I’m an on chain user but still don’t fully understand everything.
Simple jargon and drawing are a great idea!

Hi Bro - I would say there is no right answer to this. It depends on the priority of user. Some users want to support certain projects because of their vision/goal while some users are looking for higher yield. So, everyone user has different needs.

Hope this helps.

Yeah you’re not wrong! If you aligned and support a project you’re gonna wanna hold their lst.

For example holding JUPSOL increases the success of transactions on the jup dex.

I think that’s dope when you couple it with the high APY

Hi Bro, Sorry that you waited so long. I have a Night Shift this week, so I’m working on Batman mode. I made one example. Just give me some feedback on what you like or don’t like.
