It would have to be a significant upgrade to the current Sanctum mobile app which is available through the wallet browsers (e.g., Solflare, Backpack, Phantom). That Sanctum app is a fairly good experience and offers all the current functionality of the desktop web app.
Whatever this was would have to be either/or
- a significant upgrade to the existing mobile experience
- offer features only possible through a dedicated mobile experience
